TEGH Medical Education Registration Portal

The TEGH Medical Education Registration Portal is a web application for registration and orientation of medical residents at Toronto East General Hospital. It contains two sections: the first area is for learners to fill out all necessary documentation prior to sign-in at the Med Ed office, and to receive orientation information about their rotation. The second area is for Med Ed staff to email and register learners, upload orientation information for different departments and track learner records for interdepartmental purposes.

This application was built using HTML5 with a PHP/MySQL back-end. Currently, Axon is implementing Phase II of this project including a feature to mass upload learners to the database.

Axon Interactive was responsible for project management, design and front-end programming for this project. We worked closely with Nithya Thayananthan (ThePalam Inc.), who was responsible for back-end programming.
